Uma ótima dica de acompanhamento para uma refeição. Feito com proteína de soja média e chuchu.
Como fazer:
Hidrate a soja como diz na embalagem, mas escorra e lave bem, depois esprema o máximo possível.
Feito isso, coloque em uma panela verduras e temperos para refogar. Eu usei, cebola, pimentão, alho, tomate, pimenta do reino, manjericão, pimenta calabresa e sal. Coloque um pouco de água, quando ferver acrescente a soja e o chuchu cortado em cubos ou tiras. Deixe cozinhando até o chuchu ficar macio, acrescente molho de tomate, deixe mais um minuto e pronto.
Sugestão: Sirva com feijão, arroz e salada e tenha uma refeição completa.
